摘  要:目的研究乳腺癌MRI表现与生物因子CerbB-2、Ki-67表达的相关性,旨在从影像学角度预测病灶生物因子表达状况。方法连续搜集70例经病理证实为乳腺癌的MRI资料,分析病灶的形态、大小、边缘、强化特点、动态增强曲线(TIC)、ADC值及有无淋巴结转移。并搜集相应病灶CerbB-2和Ki-67表达情况,应用SPSS16.0统计分析软件对病灶MRI表现和CerbB-2、Ki-67进行相关性分析。结果在70例乳腺癌中,环形强化与CerbB-2阳性表达呈正相关;ADC值与CerbB-2阳性表达呈正相关,与Ki-67阳性表达呈负相关;淋巴结转移与CerbB-2、Ki-67阳性均呈正相关。结论乳腺癌MRI表现和CerbB-2、Ki-67之间具有一定的相关性,可根据MRI特点预测病灶生物因子表达状况,为个体化治疗方案的选择及预后预测提供依据。Objective To analyze the correlation between the magnetic resonance imaging( MRI) features and prognostic factors of breast cancer. To find the MRI features which can predict the molecular phenotypic expression. Methods The MRI characteristics of 70 cases with breast cancer confirmed by surgery were analyzed. The MRI characteristics of lesions form,size,margins,rim enhancement,the type of time-intensity curve( TIC),apparent diffusion coefficient( ADC)value and lymph node metastasis were collected as well as the lesions' pathological results of immunohistochemistry: the expression of CerbB-2,Ki-67. The correlation between MRI characteristics and biological factors were analyzed with statistical software SPSS 16. 0. Results Rim enhancement,ADC value and lymph node metastasis were positively correlated with cerb B-2 in breast cancer. ADC value of breast cancer and expression of Ki-67 was negatively correlated. Lymph node metastases were positively correlated with Ki-67 in breast cancer.. Conclusion There are correlations between MRI characteristics and biological factors of breast cancer CerbB-2,Ki-67,which may be helpful for choosing treatment regimen and evaluating the prognosis.
