MicroRNA-22-3p在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨MicroRNA-22-3p(miR-22-3p)在食管鳞状细胞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)组织中的表达情况,并分析miR-22-3p与食管鳞状细胞癌临床病理特征、预后之间的关系。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应法(qPCR)检测miR-22-3p在77例ESCC组织和癌旁正常组织中的表达差异及其与食管鳞状细胞癌的临床病理特征、预后的相关性。结果 miR-22-3p不同程度高表达36.4%(28/77),正常表达20.8%(16/77),低表达42.8%(33/77)。miR-22-3p相对高表达的患者无病生存期较非高表达患者长(P<0.05),但miR-22-3p的表达水平与临床病理特征(性别、年龄、肿瘤位置、分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期、肿瘤家族史、吸烟和饮酒)之间均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 miR-22-3p在食管癌的发生发展中起着抑癌因子的作用,其高表达能延长食管癌患者的生存时间。Objective To explore the expression of MicroRNA-22-3p （miR-22-3p） in esophageal squamous cell carci- noma （ESCC）, and to analyze the relationship of miR-22-3p with clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of ESCC. Methods Real-time qPCR was applied to test the expression differences of miR-22-3p in 77 cases of ESCC tissues and tumor-adjacent normal tissues, as well as its relevance with the clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of ESCC. Results High expression of miR-22-3p with different degrees was 36.4%（28/77）, normal expression 20.8%（16/77）, and low expression 42,8%（33/77）. The disease free survival of the patients with relatively high expression of miR-22-3p was longer than the patients without high expression of miR-22-3p（P〈0.05）, but the expression level of miR-22-3p was not correlated with clinical pathological characteristics（gender, age, tumor location, degree of differenti- ation, infiltration degree, lymphatic metastasis, TNM staging, tumor family history, smoking and alcohol drinking） （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion miR-22-3p plays as a cancer suppressive factor in the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer, and its high expression is able to prolong the survival time of the patients with esophageal cancer.
