摘　　要：目的 探讨舍曲林对肿瘤伴发抑郁患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取住院并符合标准的244例患者,根据抑郁量表（HAD）评估后分为抑郁组（n=172）和非抑郁组（n=72）。抑郁组患者除给予常规治疗外,还进行12周的舍曲林（25-75 mg/d）抗抑郁治疗。在基线及12周末采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表评估抑郁程度,采用健康状况调查表（SF-36）评估生活质量。结果 健康状况调查表分析发现,基线时两组比较,抑郁组在健康状况调查表包括的8个维度得分均明显下降,两组差异具有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）;抗抑郁治疗后12周,抑郁组在生活质量的各方面较基线均显著改善（P〈0.05）。多元相关分析表明抑郁程度、肿瘤分期与生活质量各个维度均存在显著的相关性。结论 肿瘤伴发抑郁将显著降低患者的生活质量,抗抑郁治疗可显著改善患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of sertraline on the life quality of the patients with tumor complicated with depression. Methods 244 patients who were hospitalized and met the criteria were selected, and were assigned to the depression group （n=172） or non-depression group （n=72） according to the HAD. Patients in the depression group were given antidepressant therapy with sertraline（25-75 rag/d） for 12 weeks, in addition to the conventional therapy. The depression was assessed at the baseline and at the end of 12 weeks using the Hamilton Depression Scale. Life quality was assessed using the Health Status Inventory （SF-36）. Results According to the analysis of health status questionnaire, the scores of the eight dimensions in the health status questionnaire were significantly lower in the depression group than those in the control group at the baseline, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）; after 12 weeks of antidepressant treatment, each aspect of life quality in the depression group was significantly improved compared with that in the baseline（P〈0.05）. According to the multivariate correlation analysis, all dimensions of the degree of depression, tumor staging and life quality were significantly correlated. Conclusion Tumor complicated with depression will significantly reduce patients＇ life quality, and antidepressant treatment can significantly improve patients＇ life quality.
