扶正消癌1号方联合培美曲塞和顺铂治疗晚期三阴性乳腺癌的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察扶正消癌1号方联合培美曲塞和顺铂治疗三线以上化疗失败的晚期三阴性乳腺癌患者的临床疗效。方法将82例晚期三阴性乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各41例。对照组患者予培美曲塞二钠联合顺铂静脉化疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加服扶正消癌1号方,每日1剂,4周期后评价两组患者的近期疗效、化疗毒副反应的发生情况和中医症候改善情况。结果与对照组相比,治疗组有效率、疾病控制率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),化疗毒副反应发生率明显降低,中医症候改善的有效率显著升高,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用扶正消癌1号方联合培美曲塞和顺铂治疗晚期三阴性乳腺癌的疗效较好,且安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Fuzhengxiao＇ai recipe combined with pemetrexed and cisplatin on triple negative breast cancer（TNBC） patients who failed in more than three lines of chemotherapy. Methods In this study, 82 advanced TNBC patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 41 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with chemotherapy by pemetrexed and cisplatin. While patients in the treatment group were added with Fuzhengxiao＇ai recipe No.1, based on the treatment in the control group. The short-term effects, side effects of chemotherapy and improvement of TCM symptoms were evaluated after 4 cycles. Results After treatment, the effective rate and the disease control rate in the treatment group were slightly higher than in the control group, but the differences showed no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. The occurrence of the side effects of chemotherapy was significantly reduced, and the effective rate of TCM symptoms improvement was significantly increased in the treatment group. There were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Fuzhengxiao＇ai recipe combined with pemetrexed and cisplatin was effective and safe in the treatment of patients with triple negative breast cancer.
