摘 要:有机溶质载体伴侣1(NOR1/OSCP1)是2003年中南大学湘雅医学院肿瘤研究所克隆的一个鼻咽癌表达下调新基因,可能参与亚硝胺类化学致癌物在体内的代谢过程。后续研究表明,与癌旁组织相比,NOR1在鼻咽癌、宫颈癌、前列腺癌等一系列癌组织显著低表达,并作为肿瘤抑制因子激活相关信号通路抑制细胞增殖和促进细胞凋亡。本文将系统阐述NOR1与肿瘤的关系及其调节恶性肿瘤进程的可能作用机制,为将来抗肿瘤治疗提供一个新的靶标。NOR1/OSCP1(Oxidored-nitro domain containing protein 1 or organic solute carrier partner 1) gene was first cloned from nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues in 2003 by Cancer Institute of Xiangya School of Medicine in Central South University. It may be involved in the body's metabolic process for the nitrite amine chemical carcinogens. Follow-up study has further demonstrated that compared with the adjacent tissues, NOR1 exhibited significantly lower expression in serials of cancer tissues derived from nasopharynx, cervix, and prostate and functioned as a tumor suppressor to activate associated signaling pathways to inhibit tumor cell proliferation and promote apoptosis. In the current paper, we will systematically describe the close relationship between NOR1 and malignant tumors and its possible mechanism for the regulation of tumor progression, providing a new target for future anti-tumor therapy.
