摘  要:近年来,机器人手术系统被越来越多地应用于胰腺外科手术中,由于手术方式、操作及路径等与开放手术存在较大差异,因而机器人辅助胰腺手术在开展过程中存在诸多难点。与腹腔镜手术相比,机器人胰腺手术在trocar位置、术中操作方法、胰腺断面处理、胰腺钩突离断等方面并不完全相同,而且术中肿瘤定位、主胰管开口找寻等在早期也存在一定难度。随着手术经验的不断积累,上述难题可逐渐解决,机器人胰腺手术将更加安全有效。In recent years, robotic surgical system has been used more and more in pancreatic surgery. Since the surgical procedures, operation and pathways are quite different with open pancreatic surgery, there are many difficulties during the development process of robot-assisted pancreatic surgery. Compared with laparoscopic surgery, robot-assisted pancreatic surgery is not exactly the same in trocar position, operative method, pancreatic cross-section treatment, dissection of pancreatic uneinate process and so on. At the same time intraoperative tumor-locating, finding the main pancreatic duct opening also brought difficulties in early stage.With the continuous accumulation of surgical experience, problems above have been properly resolved, so that the robot-assisted pancreatic surgery will become more safe and effective.
