摘　　要：【摘要】目的观察巩膜扣带术治疗陈旧性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2014年6月于北京市仁和医院行巩膜扣带术治疗陈旧性视网膜脱离手术72例，术后观察网膜复位及视力情况并进行讨论分析。结果术后1周66例达到解剖复位，治愈率为91．67％。50例（69．44％）最佳矫正视力提高，16例（22．22％）无提高，6例（8．33％）下降。结论巩膜扣带术治疗陈旧性视网膜脱离是有效地治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect on the treatment of long standing retinal detachment by scleral buckling surgery. Methods The clinical data of 72 eyes with long standing retinal detachment treated by sclera buckling surgery in Beijing Renhe Hospital from Janu- ary 2009 to June 2014 were retrospectively studied, and the data of postoperative retinal reattach- ment state, visual acuity were analyzed. Results Best corrected visual acuity was improved in 50 eyes, no improved in 16 eyes, and decreased in 6 eyes. Conclusions Scleral buckling surgery is an effective method to treat long standing retinal detachment.
