胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者人类学不对称行为特征

摘　　要：目的调查胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者人类学不对称行为,比较其与健康人群的差异性。方法采用体质测量法、直观判定法采集275例消化道肿瘤患者及143例健康成人的人类学不对称行为特征,并进行统计学分析。结果患病组扣手、利手、叠臂、叠腿、利足、起步和利眼的右型率分别为82.55%、93.45%、56.00%、86.18%、92.73%、70.55%和74.91%,男性叠臂、利眼右型率高于女性,叠腿右型率低于女性(P<0.05);扣手、叠臂、利眼右型高于对照组。患病组扣手与利手、叠腿与利手、利足与扣手、利足与利手、利眼与扣手具有两两相关性(P<0.05)。结论胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者人类学不对称行为存在特有体质表型和性别差异,或与肿瘤基因连锁。Objective To investigate the behavior of the patients with malignant tumors in gastrointestinal tract, and to compare the differences with healthy individuals. Methods The characteristics of 275 cases of digestive tract tumor patients and 143 healthy adults were collected by the method of physical fitness measurement and intuitive decision method. Finally, a statistical analysis was carried out. Results Rate of hand clasp- ing, handedness, folding ann, leg folding, foot preference, stride type and eye preference of the right type in the disease group was 82.55%, 93.45%, 56.00%, 86.18%, 92.73%, 70.55% and 74.91% ,respectively. Rate of folding arm and the right eye preference in the male was higher than that of the female, rate of the right leg folding was lower than that of the female （P 〈 0.05 ）, and hand clasping, ann folding, R types of prefer- ence eye was larger than that of the control group. Hand clasping and handedness hands, leg folding and hands, and feet and hand clasping, foot preference and handedness, R types of preference eye and hand clasping in the sick group has two correlation （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conduslon Differenc- es in the physical phenotype and gender can be observed in the asymmetric behavior of the patients with gastrointestinal cancer, which may has a linkage with the tumor-associated gene.
