预防医学开放式实验教学下的实验室管理初探

摘　　要：开放式实验教学是实验教学体系的一种创新,它对学生的实践能力和创新能力的培养起到了重要的作用。结合我校预防医学开放式实验教学的做法,为了提高实验室使用效率、效能和构建和谐安全文明的实验室,提出从完善实验室的管理制度、信息化建设、实验室队伍建设和设立专项基金几个方面,探讨了实验室的管理创新机制,供高校实验室管理人员参考,从而保证开放式实验教学工作的顺利进行,提高仪器的使用率。Open experimental teaching is an innovative experimental teaching system, which plays an important role to the students＇ practical ability and innovation. In order to increase the utilization rate of laboratory, we put forward the perfect laboratory management system. It was combined with the practice of opening experimental teaching of preventive medicine in our school. It clouded information construction, team construction, and a special fund of laboratory. The management model of laboratory is brought forward for reference for laboratory managers in universities. It could ensure the smooth progress of open experimental teaching work, and improve the utilization of the instrument.
