摘　　要：中医学深受古代哲学思想的影响和渗透,精气学说、五行学说和阴阳学说,都是中医学极为重要的思维方法,精气学说更是对其本源的阐释。女性月经方面的疾病大多都与精、气、血有着千丝万缕的联系,本文在前辈临床研究成果的基础之上,以中医气学说为视角,对正常的生理机制和月经不调的病因病机及治则疗效进行相关探讨和总结。In traditional Chinese medicine by ancient philosophy influence and infiltration, the pneumatism theory, five elements the-ory and the theory of yin and yang, they are the most important way of thinking in Chinese medicine. The pneumatism theory is the origin of the interpretation. Female menstrual diseases are mostly related to the essence, qi and blood which are inextricably linked.On the basis of the previous research results, this article took the traditional Chinese medicine theory as the visual angle, explored the normal physiological mechanisms and irregular menstruation and the cause of disease and therapeutic effect.
