摘　　要：邱健主任临床以治疗脾胃病见长,尤善运用半夏泻心汤经方化裁治疗脾胃病。在半夏泻心汤用于治疗脾胃病的辨证思维方面有自己独到的见解,并根据患者寒热虚实侧重及兼夹证,以半夏泻心汤为主加减化裁,形成了自己的特色常用基础方,使之方证相符,在临床上效果显著。Qiu Jian, director of the clinic specializes in the treatment of spleen and stomach disease, especially good at using Banxia Xiexin Decoction classical prescriptions in the treatment of digestive system diseases. In combination with the classics, using Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of the spleen and stomach disease has his own unique insights, and according to the patients with tremble, heat, and the concurrent disease for clinical application. With modified Banxia Xiexin decoction, he formed his own charac-teristics commonly used decoction, which is consistent with the prescription, and the clinical effect is remarkable.
