清肺固金汤对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生存的影响

摘　　要：目的观察清肺固金汤维持治疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者无进展生存期及总生存期的影响。方法对52例在一线化疗后达到完全缓解或部分缓解的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者给予清肺固金汤加减口服。结果清肺固金汤维持治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,其无进展生存期(PFS)为150天(5.0个月),总生存期(OS)为436天(14.5个月),无论在PFS还是OS方面均与目前国内外的临床研究相仿,体现了中药维持的优越性。结论清肺固经汤维持治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌可延长患者疾病无进展生存期及总生存期。Objective To observe the effect of Qingfei Gujin decoction on progression-free survival and overall survival received main-tenance therapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 52 cases of patients in a line to achieve complete remission after chemotherapy or partial response of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were given modified Qingfei Gu-jin decoction. Results Qingfei Gujin decoction in the maintain treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer, the progression-free surial（PFS） was 150 days（5.0 months）, the overall survival（OS） was 436 days（14.5 months）, no matter in the aspect of PFS or OS all with similar clinical research at home and abroad. Conclusion Qingfei Gujin decoction in the maintain treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer can prolong disease progression-free survival and overall survival.
