摘  要:目的建立养荣润肠舒合剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对养荣润肠舒合剂中大黄素和当归进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定辛弗林和阿魏酸的含量。结果在硅胶G薄层板上,检出大黄素和当归。以迪马-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-磷酸二氢钾溶液(50∶50)为流动相,275 nm为检测波长检测辛弗林。以迪马-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(17∶83)为流动相;检测波长为323 nm;柱温35℃下检测阿魏酸。其回收率、线性、重复性均符合要求。结论所建立的方法简便可行,重现性好,可用于养荣润肠舒合剂的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard ofYangrong Runchangshu mist. Methods TLC method was used to identify emodin and Angelica sinensis. Synephrine and ferulic acid content were detected by HPLC. Results Synephrine was performed on a Dikma C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column eluted with the mobile phase of methanol: monopotassium phosphate ( 50 : 50 ) . The detection wavelength was 275 nm. ferulic acid was performed on a Dikma C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm) column eluted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric acid solution (17 : 83). The column temperature was 35℃ and the detection wavelength at 323 nm. The recovery, linearity and repeatability all met the requirements. Conclusion The method is fast, accurate and can be used in the quality control ofYangrong Runchangshu mist.
