摘　　要：本文对叶家山西周曾国墓地的相关问题进行了探讨,通过分析墓地的布局,认为符合西周时期的族坟墓制;对M65、M28和M111的分析对比,认为M28为曾侯谏墓,M65为其父亲之墓;该墓地存在两位曾侯,即曾侯谏和曾侯犺;M111所铭"南公"并非南宫适,而是该墓地中的某一位墓主。According to analysis the cemetery layout, this article researches Zeng state cemetery of WesternZhou and other relative issues and considers the cemetery accords with the family cemetery system of WesternZhou. Comparing M65, M28 to M11, we consider M28 is Jian of Zeng marquis＇ s tomb, M65 is his father tomb,there are two marquises of Zeng state,Jian and Kang. Nan Gong inscribed in M111 is not Nan Gongshi, but isother people.
