摘　　要：本文以北华航天工业学院电子信息工程专业为例,从严格的毕业设计选题开始,尽量考虑到学生的兴趣爱好以及毕业后的工作岗位,对于整个毕业设计所经历的开题、中期检查,验收以及答辩等几个阶段,加强毕业设计的过程和阶段管理,创造更多的机会强化学生和教师的研讨交流,认真评阅,严把论文质量,严格控制论文重复率,严格答辩,邀请学院领导、企业专家参加答辩,确保毕业设计这一环节的质量。The paper analyzes some of the problems in the graduation designs of the undergraduate students. It presents some improvement measures for the selection of capstone design topic, research proposal, intermediate inspection and oral defense. To improve the quality of the graduation design, it also discusses how to stimulate student interest, control the graduate design specification process, improve students＇ understanding of the process and reinforce the management.
