摘　　要：培养高校辅导员科研创新能力是摆在应用型大学思想政治教育面前的首要任务。本文通过阐述和分析辅导员科研创新素养的必要性和现状,推出了提升路径,进而推动应用型大学教育事业的健康发展。Cultivation of the research innovation .ability is the premier task for the student counselors in ideological and political education in the application-oriented university. This report analyzes the necessity and current situation of the research innovation literacy of the counselors, and it presents the path to promote the healthy development of the applied-oriented education.
