摘　　要：目的:通过肝脏不同健康状态下日月穴彩色定点超声所见组织检出率的比较研究,探讨日月穴在肝脏病理状态下敏化的生物医学基础。方法:采用低频定点超声方法,检测受试者肝脏体表投影区域内日月穴下肝脏内部组织结构,计算所见组织的检出率(n/N),受试者资料依据临床诊断分为肺结核、慢乙肝、肝硬化、脂肪肝及健康对照组,分别进行组间配对检验。结果:1肝脏不同疾病状态下慢乙肝、肝硬化、脂肪肝与健康对照组比较,日月穴下门静脉右干有明显变化,P<0.05;2肺结核与健康对照组比较,P>0.05;3慢乙肝组、肝硬化组、脂肪肝组与肺结核组比较,日月穴下门静脉右干有明显变化,P<0.05;4慢乙肝组、肝硬化组、脂肪肝组,进行两两比较,P>0.05。5胆囊的检出率在肝病中有统计学意义。结论:门静脉右干、胆囊在肝脏疾病过程中的变异性是日月穴敏化的病理基础。Objective：Through comparing the detecting rates at Riyue （GB24） by color uhrasound under different healthy states to discuss the pathological state biomedical basis of sensitization. Methods： By low -frequency ultrasonic method,we tested the liver tissue structure under the liver surface projection region and calculate the detection rate （ n/ n）. The subjects information according to the clinical diagnosis was divided into tuberculosis, chronic hepatitis ,liver cir- rhosis ,fatty liver and healthy controls. The groups matching inspection was used. Results： （ 1 ）Under different liver disea- ses conditions ,the chronic hepatitis group ,liver cirrhosis and fatty liver group compared with the healthy control group ,the right portal vein had a clear change,P 〈 0. 05;（2）Tuberculosis compared with healthy controls ,P 〉 0. 05;（ 3 ）The treat- ment of chronic hepatitis,liver cirrhosis, fatty liver group compared with the tuberculosis group, the right portal vein had a clear change,P 〈 0. 05;（4）The comparison between two of chronic hepatitis,liver cirrhosis and fatty liver groups, P 〉 0. 05 ; （5） The detection rate of gallbladder in liver disease had statistical significance. Conclusion ： The right portal vein and gallbladder variability in the process of the liver disease is the sensitized pathologic basis.
