摘  要:《内经》自问世2500余年来,大多认同其核心思想是:天人合一,阴阳五行,形神合一和藏象经络学说。再次认真研读后提出:《内经》的核心思想应是"神本论"。全经共提"神"字达176次,养生先养神,诊病先察神,治病先治神。"上守神,粗守形","神舍于心",使心成为五藏之大主。"心者,君主之官,神明出焉","得神者昌,失神者亡"。结论:西方医学治局部微观的细胞的病,传统中医药学治整体的宏观的证,匡调元体质病理学调治个性化的人,此"神本论"兼调每个人的"心神"(Spirit)。Since Hangdi Neijing was published,most people thought its mean idea was harmonious of nature and hu- man being, Yin -Yang and five elementsas well as harlnonious of body and spirit, viscera doctrine, etc.-- Having studied deeply, the author has re - evaluated wish surgery, emphasizing the important conception of "sit with peace and quiet, hohl vitality, look internal mind". Conclusion:Treatment of Western Medicine deals with local and micro level of illness while traditional Chinese Medicine takes account of the whole person. The pathology of body constitution theory established by author stresses the regulation of entire individual, including body and spirit.
