扶正抑瘤法对晚期前列腺癌患者生存期的影响及效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正抑瘤法对前列腺癌患者生存期的影响及临床疗效。方法:将39例晚期前列腺癌患者按随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组19例,对照组20例,治疗组按《中华泌尿外科疾病诊断治疗指南》推荐疗法予西医常规治疗并配合扶正抑瘤法治疗,对照组予西医常规治疗。连续治疗3个月后,比较两组总有效率、中医症状积分、KPS评分、QLQ-C30量表评分并进行为期1年的随访,比较两组患者死亡率、生存期、中位生存期。结果:治疗组死亡率低于对照组,且生存期、中位生存期高于对照组;连续3个月治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,KPS评分、中医症状积分改善优于对照组。结论:晚期前列腺癌患者西医常规治疗结合中医扶正抑瘤法治疗可延长患者生存期,并改善症状、提高生存质量。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of the method of strengtheningbody and restraining tumor on the survival time of patients with prostate cancer. Method ： Thirty - nine cases of advanced prostate cancer patients were ran- domly divided into treatment group and control group, 19 cases in treatment group,20 cases in the control group. The treat- ment group used conventional therapy according to the Chinese Department of Urology Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Guide combined with the method of strengthening body and restraining tumor , while the control group was treated withconventional Western medicine. After 3 months of continuous treatment, compare the total effective rate of the two groups, Chinese medicine symptom score, KPS score, QLQ- c30 scale score and the mortality, survival time and median survival time. Result ：The mortality rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control groupand the survival time and median survival time were higher than those of the control group. After 3 months of continuous treatment,the total effec- tive rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. KPS score and TCM symptom score were im- proved better than those of the control group. Conclusion ： Patients with advanced prostate cancer who are treated with con- ventional western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy can prolong the survival time and relieve the symptoms and improve the quality of life.
