光固化复合树脂在牙冠缺损修复中的应用可行性

摘　　要：多种原因会导致牙冠缺损的出现,临床需要予以修复治疗,治疗过程可以选择不同的填充材料。为探讨光固化复合树脂在牙冠缺损修复中的应用可行性,本研究回顾性分析本院2011年2月至2012年2月收治的300例牙冠缺损患者的临床资料,均实施光固化复合树脂牙冠缺损修复。修复结束后随访36个月,了解患者的修复大体外观效果和临床效果、随访结果以及不良反应发生情况,并进行分析。300例入组患者中,男性占大多数,达53.33%,牙冠缺损情可包括切角缺损、邻面龋,以及牙冠切1/3缺损和残冠牙,牙冠缺损原因主要为疾病,经修复,大体外观观察咬颌关系正常,光固树脂冠十分稳固,且外观与邻牙对侧同名牙对称。无叩痛,经X线片检查,根尖不存在阴影。随访36个月,300例患者均获得随访。经随访,300例患者患者中,修复成功268例,其余32例出现脱落,修复成功率为89.33%。经随访,未出现任何修复相关不良反应。表明,对牙冠缺损患者实施光固化复合树脂牙冠缺损修复可以获得良好的效果,且无不良反应发生,具有一定的临床应用可行性。Many reasons can lead to tooth defect, repair treatment, treatment process can choose different filling materials. To explore the feasibility of application of light cured composite resin in the crown restoration in patients with defect, retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 300 cases of patients with tooth defect in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2012. 300 cases of patients were given crown defect repair with light curing composite resin. After the repair, we took 36 months of follow-up and knew the repair effect of the gross appearance and clinical effect in patients. Follow-up results and the incidence of adverse reactions were carried and analyzed. In 300 of the enrolled patients, men accounted for the majority, 53.33%. Crown defect situation included incisal angle defect, caries and 1/3 dental defect and crown of tooth. Crown defects were the main causes of disease. After repair, the gross appearance of bite relationship was normal, light solid resin crown was very stable, and the appearance of adjacent teeth was symmetric. Percussion pain, by X-ray examination, there was no shadow of root tip. After 36 months of follow-up, 300 patients were followed up. During follow-up, 268 cases were successful in 300 patients; the remaining 32 cases appeared to fall off. The overall success rate was 89.33%. During follow-up, there was no related adverse reaction in the all repairs. The results show that the implementation of repair with composite resin crown defect curing can obtain good effect on crown defect patients, have no adverse reaction, and provide certain feasibility in clinical application.
