摘 要:在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面分析法优化丹参中蒽醌的提取工艺,并采用琼脂稀释法测定丹参中蒽醌的抑菌活性。结果表明,丹参中蒽醌提取最佳工艺条件为:提取时间2 h,提取温度70℃,料液比1∶9(g/m L)。在此条件下,丹参中蒽醌的提取率可达0.466%。抑菌试验表明蒽醌对金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌和大肠杠菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为0.625 mg/m L、0.156 mg/m L和1.25 mg/m L。Based on single-factor experiments, response surface analysis methodology(RSM) was used to optimize the extraction technology of anthraquinone from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.. Along with this, the inhibition of anthraquinone aganist common bacteria was investigated. The results showed the optimal extraction conditions were extraction temperature of 70 ℃, material-to-liquid ratio of 1 ∶9 g·m L^(-1) and extraction time was 2 h. Under these conditions, extraction rate of anthraquinone was up to 0.466%.Antimicrobial activity test showed the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) against Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella and Escherichia coli was 0.625, 0.156 and 1.25 mg·m L^(-1), respectively.
