摘　　要：民以食为天,食以安为先,食品安全问题是各个国家和地区都很重视的问题之一。发展中国家的经济和法律起步比较晚,对食品安全的认识与研究也普遍落后于西方发达国家,从而缺乏经验。本文通过分析与述评欧盟、美国和日本在食品安全可追溯体系的法律法规、监管机构以及实施状况等方面的情况,为我国食品安全可追溯体系的改进与完善提供参考和借鉴。Food is at the top priority of safety to many countries and regions,food safety is an issue which should pay much attention to Economy and legal started relatively late in developing countries,food safety awareness and research are generally lagging behind the Western countries,which lack experience.Refer to the laws and regulations,regulatory bodies and the implementation of health systems and other aspects of analysis and review of the food safety traceability in EU,US,and Japan,our food safety traceability to improve and perfect the system can learn from them.
