天水市农村中学生社交焦虑发展特点分析

摘  要:目的探讨天水市农村中学生社交焦虑发展特点,为心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用青少年社交焦虑量表(SAS-A)对天水市311名农村中学生进行测查。结果 (1)天水市农村中学生社交焦虑总体水平存在性别差异,具有统计学意义(t=-2.050,P<0.05),女生焦虑水平显著高于男生。性别差异主要体现在害怕否定评价维度(FNE)(t=-2.447,P<0.05)。(2)社交焦虑总体(F=2.411,P<0.05)和害怕否定评价(FNE)(F=2.650,P<0.05)、陌生情境下的社会回避及苦恼(SAD-N)存在年级差异(F=2.401,P<0.05),具有统计学意义,且差异主要在初三和其他各年级之间。(3)社交焦虑性别和年级主效应不显著,但二者交互效应显著[F(5,299)=3.662,P<0.01]。年级为初三和高三时,社交焦虑的性别差异有统计学意义[F(1,304)=13.90,P<0.01;F(1,304)=8.86,P<0.01]。结论天水市农村中学生社交焦虑水平性别和年级差异有统计学意义;性别和年级交互效应显著,可根据社交焦虑发展特点开展相应的心理健康教育。Objective To explore developmental characteristics of social anxiety of rural middle school students and provide reference for mental health education in Tianshui. Methods Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescents(SAS-A) was used to survey 311 rural middle school students. Results(1) There was significant gender difference in overall social anxiety among rural middle school students in Tianshui(t =-2.050,P〈0.05), and girls' anxiety level was significantly higher than boys'. The gender difference was mainly reflected in the Fear of negative Evaluation(FNE)(t =-2.447,P〈0.05).(2) There were significant grade difference in total score of social anxiety(F =2.411,P〈0.05),Fear of Negative Evaluation(FNE)( F=2.650,P〈0.05) and Social Avoidance and Distress in New Situations(SAD-N)(F=2.401,P〈0.05).The difference mainly reflected between Junior 3 and other grades.(3) The main effects of gender and grade were not significant, but the interaction effects was significant in social anxiety [F(5,299)=3.662,P〈0.01]. There was significant gender differences when grade was Junior 3 and senior 3 [F(1,304) =13.90,P〈0.01;F(1,304) =8.86,P〈0.01].Conclusion The gender and grade differences of rural middle school students in social anxiety were significant in Tianshui; Interaction effect of gender and grade was significant; Corresponding mental health education can be carried out according to the characteristics of social anxiety.
