摘 要:目的:建立不同纤维桩数目修复上颌第一磨牙三维有限元模型,为进一步的生物力学分析奠定基础。方法:运用Mimics软件处理断层影像数据、三维重建,采用Geomagic软件分别创建烤瓷牙冠、金属基底冠、牙本质、纤维桩、树脂核、牙胶尖、牙周膜及牙槽骨的各个三维模型组件,完成NURBS曲面拟合,运用Solidworks软件对各个组件实体化,运用Abaqus有限元分析软件对各组件进行装配,完成网格划分,定义材料属性,设定载荷条件。结果:建立了不同数目纤维桩修复上颌第一磨牙三维有限元模型4个,分别为:单根桩模型,双根桩模型(近中颊、腭根),双根桩模型(远中颊、腭根),三根桩模型。结论:提供了建立不同纤维桩数目修复上颌第一磨牙三维有限元模型的新方法,为今后对纤维桩修复体进行力学分析提供基础。Objective: Establish three-dimensional finite element models of maxillary first molar PFM restored with different number of fiber post by Micro-CT scan images combined with reverse engineering software. The result may lay the foundation for further biomechnical analysis. Method: Mimics was used to deal with Micro-CT image data and finish three-dimensional calculation. Geomagic was used to modify and generate a NURBS surface in each patch. Solidworks was used to materialize each patch. Abaqus software was used to assembly, generate mesh, edit material, create load in each part. Result: Establish four three-dimensional finite element models of maxillary first molar PFM restored by different numbers of fiber post with composite resin core : single fiber post model, two fiber posts model(mesial and palatal root),two fiber posts model(distal and palatal root) and three fiber posts model. Conclusion: The present research provided a new way to establish three-dimensional finite element models of PFM restored with different number of fiber post and composite resin core.
