摘　　要：就业困难群体的就业问题是高职院校就业工作的压力根源所在,解决就业困难群体就业问题的关键是解决其思想教育问题,本文以湖北省某高职院校为例,对就业困难学生思想状态进行了调研,并利用中西方思想政治教育的相关理论作为思想先导,对解决高职院校就业困难群体的就业问题给出了合理化意见和建议。Higher vocational colleges are facing pressure in solving the problems of students in employment difficulties,and the key solution is to carry out employment education among students.With one higher vocational college as the example,this essay makes survey among students in employment difficulties,analyzes their thinking,and puts forward some rationalsuggestions for the solution under the guidance of Chinese and western ideological education concept.
