课证赛融合下精通救生艇筏和救助艇培训教学分析

摘　　要：精通救生艇筏与救助艇培训项目是航海从业者必须经历的专项技能培训,Z02证书获取是从业资格获得的必要条件,其目的在于培养学习者掌握救生设备的知识和操作技能。项目培训的教学内容既要整合实际工作岗位技能需求,也要突显Z02证书考试的特点,更要满足技能竞赛的需要,要使课程、证书和竞赛诉求贯穿整个教学之中。文章从课证赛融合下的教学内容和目标入手,分析了课证赛融合下开展教学的困境,提出了课程改革举措与途径。Lifeboat and rescue boat skills training is essential for maritime practitioner,and Z02 certificate is the necessity for obtaining the occupational qualification,the purpose of which is to help the learners to master the knowledge and operation skills of life saving equipment.The teaching and training content should not only meet the practical job requirements,but also highlight the characteristics of the Z02 certificate test and meet the demands of the skills contest,thus the course,the certificate and the contest should be integrated through the whole teaching process.Starting from the teaching content and teaching objectives,this essay analyzes the difficulties in teaching,and puts forward the course reform measures.
