普通院校机械专业创新人才培养模式的探索

摘　　要：为了适应社会和经济发展需要,具有创新意识和创新能力成为目前各大高校人才培养的重要目标。为了促进普通院校创新型人才的培养,提高普通院校的教学质量,以宝鸡文理学院机械专业为例,分析了机械专业创新型人才的基本要求以及目前机械专业教学培养模式的优势和不足,从课程体系设置、教学模式改革、毕业设计环节安排以及师资队伍建设等方面,对机械专业创新型人才培养的途径进行了探讨,全面分析了创新型人才的培养模式,为普通院校机械专业创新人才培养提供了思路。In order to meet the needs of social and economic development,innovative consciousness and innovative ability have become the important goal of the talents training in universities. In order to promote the cultivation of innovative talents and improve the teaching quality in colleges and universities,this paper takes the mechanical specialty of our university as an example,the basic requirements of the innovative talents and the advantages and disadvantages of the training mode of mechanical specialty at present are analyzed. From the aspects of curriculum system,teaching mode reform,graduation design arrangement and construction of teachers,the ways of cultivating innovative talents in mechanical specialty are discussed. And it provides a comprehensive analysis of the training mode of innovative talents,which provides reference for other colleges and universities.
