摘 要:自高校扩招以来,应届毕业生逐年增加,就业改革和制度跟不上实际需求、就业岗位增长缓慢、就业者自身和家庭因素,以及学校就业指导和培训的欠缺等现实因素,导致我国应届毕业生就业形势日益严峻,随着就业压力的增大,学生的心理面临巨大的考验。本文从应届毕业生就业心理问题着手,分析其产生的原因,并提出相应的对策,以促进大学生自身的长远发展和社会的稳定。Since college enrolment expansion,the number of graduating students has been increasing constantly ' each year.The fact that the employment reform and present employment systems do not meet the actual employment demands,and other factors like the slow increase of job opportunities and employment and family factors, as well as the insufficient employment guidance and training,leading to the employment situation of the graduates of our country is becoming more and more serious,the students face a huge psychological test with the emplbyment pressure increases.The paper, focusing on the psychological status,analyze the causes and put forward some relevant countermeasures to improve graduates long - term development and promote social stability.
