徽商精神在大学生创新创业素养培育中的运用

摘　　要：徽商精神涵括"创新、创业、进取、和谐、诚信、爱国、奉献、开放"等优秀品质。剖析徽商精神对大学生创新创业素养培育工作的借鉴价值,探析运用徽商精神培育大学生创新创业素养的具体途径,有利于引导大学生在学习徽商精神中提升创新创业能力,助力大学生实现梦想并成为创新型国家建设的栋梁之材。The Huizhou merchants＇ spirit includes innovation, entrepreneurship, enterprising, harmony, integrity, patriotism, dedication, open and other good qualities. Analyzing the reference value for the Huizhou merchants＇ spirit on the literacy cultivation of the innovation and entrepreneurship for the college students,and researching the concrete means of literacy cultivating of the innovation and entrepreneurship for the college students with the Huizhou merchants＇ spirit, are beneficial to guiding college students to enhance innovation ability in learning the Huizhou merchants＇ spirit, and help them to achieve their dreams, thus becoming pillars just for China＇s capacity for independent innovation.
