摘　　要：针对猪肉产品质量安全的需求,设计并实现了一个涵盖猪肉生产供应链的全过程的猪肉产品质量安全信息追溯平台。该平台可对猪肉安全生产进行全程信息的跟踪,能够将猪肉生产的信息流和实物流系统地联系起来,供应链各成员及消费者能够获取完整的猪肉生产加工信息。According to the demand on pork quality safety, this paper designed and implemented a pork quality safety information tracing platform covering the whole process of perk production and supply chain. This system could trace the whole information of pork safety production, and systematically contracted the production information flow with material flow, to make every supply chain member and consumer acquire the complete production information.
