摘　　要：大学生自我管理是社会发展对创新人才的需求,也是高等教育的发展对大学生自我管理的客观需要。从基于创新人才培养的高校大学生自我管理这一视角出发,在对大学生自我管理和创新人才的相关性研究的基础上,分析我国现有高校学生自我管理方面存在的问题,探讨高校学生管理的操作维度,提出基于创新人才培养的高校大学生自我管理的有效路径。University students’ self-management is the demand of social development for innovative talents and the objective requirements of the development of higher education. From the perspective of university students’ selfmanagement which is based on the innovative talent training, on the basis of in the correlation study of university students’ self-management and innovative talents, this paper analyzes existing problems in university students’ self-management, discusses the operation dimension of the university students’ management work and puts forward efficient paths on cultivating university students’ self-management which is based on the innovative talent training.
