摘　　要：应用型本科院校实训室在规模快速发展的同时,出现了有效利用率低、人才培养效益发挥不充分等问题.从应用型本科院校实训室管理现状及亟待解决的问题出发,提出基于生命周期理论的实训管理平台建设,实现对实训设备生命周期管理、实训室利用后续管理、建立实训室绩效评价体系,为应用型本科院校实训室建设与管理相关制度修订或制定提供理论基础,促进建立实训室使用绩效评价的长效运行机制和退出机制.In the rapid expansion, training rooms in application-oriented colleges and universities encounter some problems such as low effective availability and insufficient benefits in personnel training. From the perspective of the status quo and problems of training room management in application-oriented colleges and universities, training management platform construction is proposed in this paper based on life-cycle theory, to realize the lifecycle management of training equipment and the follow-up management of training rooms, therefore, to establish performance evaluation system of training rooms, which can provide a theoretical basis for drawing and revising some institutions relating to training room construction and management in application-oriented colleges, so as to establish a long-term operation and exit mechanism of performance evaluation for training rooms.
