摘  要:对分课堂是一种国内原创的结合了传统讲授和参与讨论的适合中国教育学情的教学模式,但是在实践过程中存在讲授部分难以兼顾基础不同的学生、课堂讨论部分时间难以控制等难题。随着现代教育技术的飞速发展,网络环境在教学中的应用日益普遍,翻转课堂借助网络教育技术颠倒传统教学模式,变成课下学习新课、课上完成作业。将翻转课堂因素融入对分教学,可以使学生在课后通过教学音视频课件的自主选择学习来获得不同程度的提高,使课堂生生、师生互动时间更加充足,以解决学生学习基础层次不齐、讨论时间不够等问题,提高课堂讨论的实效性,实现学生的个性化发展。PAD Class(Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion) is a new internally created teaching method combining the advantages of traditional lecture and discussion, but during the process lie some challenges, such as students learning level consideration when presenting and discussion time controlling.With the rapid development of modern educational technology, network-assisted communication platform is widely integrated in teaching practice, the flipped class inverts traditional teaching sequence of presentation and application, so students can acquire knowledge outside the classroom, and apply knowledge in class. In this paper, it is proposed to integrate the idea of flipped class into PAD Class, in which the students will consolidate or complement knowledge to improve themselves individually through audio or video teaching courseware outside the classroom, so that the problem of students' different learning levels and deficient discussion time can be solved, the efficiency of discussion can be improved,and the students' individual development can be realized.
