摘 要:从工作状态、工作压力与职业幸福感三方面对宁波市骨干、普通幼儿园园长进行了问卷调查,研究结果显示:园长工作状态良好,对工作充满热情,对未来充满希望,骨干园长比普通园长职业状态更为积极;园长工作繁重,加班现象普遍,日工作时间远远超过国家规定的工作时间,骨干园长的日上班时间、加班比例低于普通园长;过半的园长职业压力偏大,二类园长间差异不显著;园长的职业主观幸福感水平不高,3年及以下的园长职业幸福感得分最低,随着任职年限增长,园长的职业幸福感不断增长,二类园长职业幸福感差异不是很显著。This study makes the survey to kindergarten principals in Ningbo from three aspects: work status, working pressure and career happiness. The results show that kindergarten principals in Ningbo have good work status, and they are enthusiastic about their work and full of hope for the future. Otherwise, kindergarten principals are more positive on the occupational status than ordinary ones. Backbone kindergarten principals are in the heavy work, overtime usually, and time of work day far more than the amount of working time prescribed by the state. Day at work and overtime work ratio of backbone kindergarten principals is lower than the general kindergarten principals. More than half of the kindergarten principals have much professional pressure. The professional subjective well-being level of kindergarten principals is not high, career happiness of kindergarten principal positions for /under 3 year have the lowest score. As the office term growth, career happiness of kindergarten principals is on the increase. There is no significant difference on career happiness between two types of kindergarten principals.
