摘  要:建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定宠物食品中部分矿物质及有毒重金属元素的方法。实验表明:本方法测定宠物食品中矿物质元素简便、可靠,准确度和精密度高。使用本方法对狗粮、狗食咀嚼物两种犬类食品中13种元素进行定量分析,发现两种犬类食品必需矿物质元素含量有显著差异,而有毒重金属元素含量差异较小。A method for determination of some minerals and toxic heavy metal elements in pet food by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)with microwave digestion was developed.The results showed that this method was simple,reliable and had higher accuracy and precision in the determinnation of pet food.Using this method to quantitative analyze 13 inorganic elements in dog foods and dog chews could find that the two kinds of dog food had significant differences in essential mineral elements content,while had little differences in toxic heavy metal element content.
