摘 要:m在高岩温隧道研究领域,围岩-支护结构温度场演化过程是一个重要的基础性问题。本文通过三维热分析和现场温度测试,研究了高岩温铁路隧道施工过程中,围岩、初期支护和二次衬砌的温度变化规律。结果表明:隧道开挖对围岩温度场的影响范围与围岩初始温度呈正相关关系,拱顶上方、边墙两侧和仰拱下方围岩的影响范围可分别表示为围岩初始温度的二次函数;隧道周边围岩的降温方式可分为突变式和渐变式,突变式降温是指围岩温度在0-5d急剧降低,在5-60d缓慢降低;渐变式降温是指围岩温度在0-60d内较均匀地逐渐降低;隧道周边围岩的降温幅度与围岩初始温度、围岩位置有关;隧道初期支护、二次衬砌的降温方式表现为突变式降温,即在5-7d内温度快速下降,然后基本恒定为隧道洞内空气温度。The variation process of temperature field in rock and support structure is a significant and fundamental issue in the area of study for high rock temperature tunnel. The temperature change laws of surrounding rock, primary support and secondary lining during the construction of high rock temperature railway tunnels were studied by the three-dimensional thermal analysis and in-situ test. The results showed that the influence scope of tunnel excavation on rock temperature field was in positive correlation with the initial rock temperature. The quadratic functional relation existed between the temperature influence scope of rock above the vault, beside the wall or under the inverted arch and the initial rock temperature. The temperature decreasing modes of rock around the tunnel can be divided into sudden change and gradual change types. The former refers to the sharp drop of the rock temperature in the first 0~5 d and gradual decrease in the next 5~60 d. The latter refers to even and gradual decrease of the rock temperature in 0~60 d. The temperature decreasing range of rock around the tunnel was related to the initial temperature and position of the rock. The temperature decreasing mode of primary support and secondary lining was characterized by sudden change. Their temperatures fell sharply in the first 5~7 d until they remained constant and were equal to the air temperature in the tunnel. © 2016, Editorial Office of Journal of the China Railway Society.
