摘　　要：目的:PDCD5(programmed cell death 5)在多种肿瘤组织和细胞中表达降低,但是在胃癌组织未见系统研究,本文基于数据挖掘分析PDCD5表达对胃癌预后的影响。方法:利用Oncomine数据库挖掘PDCD5在胃癌组织中的表达情况。利用Kaplan-Meier Plotter进行胃癌患者生存周期分析。结果:相比正常胃组织,PDCD5基因在弥漫型胃癌组织和混合型胃癌组织中呈低表达,而肠型胃癌组织未见明显变化。PDCD5高表达能够延长弥漫型胃癌、混合型胃癌和肠型胃癌患者的生存时间。结论:大样本数据挖掘能迅速准确地获取胃癌组织中PDCD5表达的相关信息,为深入研究奠定基础。Objective：Low expression of PDCD5 has been found in many cancer tissues and cells. However,no systemic research on gastric cancer was reported. Methods：PDCD5 expression in gastric cancer was retrieved from Oncomine database. The prognostic roles of PDCD5 in gastric cancer patients were analyzed by using Kaplan - Meier Plotter. Results：Compared with matched normal gastric tissues,lower expression of PDCD5 was found in gastric cancer tissues,including diffused gastric cancer tissue and mixed gastric cancer tissue. No significant changes were found in intestinal gastric cancer tissue. High PDCD5 expression could improve the survival time of the patients with diffused gastric cancer,mixed gastric cancer,or intestinal gastric cancer. Conclusion：The information of PDCD5 expression in gastric cancer was quickly extracted by using data mining.
