摘　　要：颅内静脉窦血栓形成(CVST)是由多种原因造成脑静脉回流受阻而引起的一种脑血管疾病,其发病率较低,但临床症状复杂多样,临床医务工作者常由于缺乏对该病的充分认识而导致误诊、误治。本文对CVST的流行病学、病因、发病机制、诊断、治疗及预后等进行综述。Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis（ CVST） is one kind of cerebrovascular diseases caused by various reasons induced intracranial venous backflow obstruction, its morbidity is low, but its clinical symptoms is complicated and various. Due to the lack of full understanding,CVST is easily to be misdiagnosed or inappropriately treated. This paper reviewed the epidemiology,etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of CVST.
