安徽省新型城镇化质量评价研究

摘　　要：本文基于新型城镇化的内涵,采用德尔菲法,构建城镇化质量评价指标体系,继而对安徽省十六个地级市进行城镇化质量评价。合肥市以81.05分居首位,而六安以54.44分居末,总体来说,各市之间差距较大,在地区分布上则是皖南各项指标普遍优于皖中,皖北最低。安徽各市在土地利用和发展动力方面差距极大,在生态建设方面差距最小,但总体都不高。同时针对安徽省城镇化发展存在的问题提出若干建议。The paper, basingon the connotation of urbanization, using the Delphy technique method, the construction of the evaluation index system of urbanization quality, aims to evaluate the quality of urbanization in sixteen cities in Anhui province. Hefei ranks first with a score of 81.05,and Lu’an ranks the last with a score of 54.44. On the whole, there is a sharp gap between scores of different municipalities, and as to distribution, indexes in the region of South Anhui are generally higher than those in the middle Anhui, and in Anhui, the indexes are the lowest. There is a sharp gap in land use and drive for development among municipalities in Anhui province,and the gap in the ecological construction is the smallest, but the overall level is not high. At the same time, this paper aims to put forward some suggestions in respect of problems in the development of urbanization in Anhui Province.
