甘肃省庆阳市农村生活饮用水卫生监测分析

摘　　要：目的为掌握甘肃省庆阳市农村饮用水水质卫生现状及其变化规律,为有关部门制定防病改水政策提供科学依据。方法 2015年对全市农村饮用水设置监测点进行卫生现状调查并采样,按照国家《生活饮用水标准检验方法》GB/T 5750-2006和《生活饮用水卫生标准》GB 5749-2006进行检测评价。结果全年检测水样508份,合格329份,总合格率64.8%;其中,微生物指标超标严重,细菌总数、总大肠菌群合格率分别为67.5%、89.8%,理化指标氯化物等6项超标;水质合格率较低为庆阳市北部县区;丰水期合格率(73.2%)高于枯水期(56.3%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.95,P<0.05)。结论庆阳市农村饮用水安全问题较为严重,应加强饮用水监测,确保广大农村居民的饮用水安全。Objective To grasp quality and health status and variation pattern of rural drinking water in Qingyang city, Gansu province, to provide scientific basis for disease prevention and water improvement. Methods In 2015, Sanitation status of rural drinking water from monitoring point was investigated and samples were collected in accordance with national Standard Test Method of Drinking Water（GB/T 5750-2006） and Standards for Drinking Water Sanitation（GB 5749-2006）. Results Totally 508 water samples were detected, with 329 qualified and the total qualified rate of 64.8%. The microbial indicators were seriously more than the standard, and the qualified rate of total bacteria and total coliform group was 67.5% and89.8%, respectively. Six physicochemical indicators including chloride were over the standard. The qualified rate of water quality was low in the northern districts/counties of Qingyang city. The qualified rate in wet season（73.2%） was higher than that in rainless period（56.3%）, with statistical difference（χ^2=15.95, P〈0.05）. Conclusions The security of drinking water in rural areas in Qingyang city is serious. Surveillance of drinking water should be strengthened so as to ensure health of the rural residents.
