摘 要:目的探讨对肺癌手术患者采用聚焦解决模式进行个体化健康教育的效果。方法选取92例肺癌手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各46例,对照组采用传统的健康教育模式,观察组采用聚焦解决模式进行健康教育。比较2组肺癌围手术期知识知晓率、对护理满意度、术后住院时间及肺部并发症的发生率。结果健康教育后观察组围手术期相关知识知晓程度优于对照组,对护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后住院时间短于对照组,肺部并发症发生率少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式应用于肺癌手术患者健康教育可以提高患者对疾病的认知度和对护理工作的满意度,减少并发症的发生率,促使患者主动参与治疗和护理。Objective To explore the application effect of solution-focused approach in individualized health education in patients with lung cancer operation. Methods Ninety-two cases of lung cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each with 46 cases. Control group received the traditional health education pattern, observation group received the health education according to solution-focused approach. The mastery degree of perioperative knowledge, the nursing satisfaction,, postoperative hospitalization time and incidence of pulmonary complications were compared between the two grous. Results The mastery degree of perioperative knowledge and the nursing satisfaction were better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈 0.05). Postoperative hospitalization time in observation group and the incidence of pulmonary complications were lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of solution-focused approach in the health education for patients with lung cancer operation can improve the cognition of the disease and the nursing satisfaction, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, which encourage patients to participate in the treatment and nursing.
