浅析石油高职院校的在职学历教育

摘　　要：在职人员学历教育是石油高职院校教育教学的重要组成部分,担负着提高石油企业员工素质,为石油企业培养各类人才的重要使命。本文从石油企业人才保障,实现企业可持续发展的角度阐述了石油企业在职人员学历教育的必要性;总结了石油高职院校在职学历教育的优势;分析了石油高职院校不同层次学历教育的办学思路和发展趋势。In - service staff＇s degree education is an important integral part of education and teaching of higher vocational colleges of petroleum, and it burdens the important responsibility to improve the staff quality of petroleum enterprises and cultivate the various talents for petroleum enterpri- ses. This paper sets forth the necessity of in - service＇s degree education of petroleum enterprises from the perspectives of talent guarantee of these enterprises to realize their sustainable development; summa- rizes the advantages of in- service degree education of higher vocational colleges of petroleum; and ana- lyzes the school running thoughts and development trends of degree education at different levels of higher vocational colleges of petroleum.
