网络时代emoji表情符号在学生管理中的沟通价值与应用

摘　　要：网络沟通以其自主性、平等性、自由性、开放性等优势特别受到大学生群体的青睐,已然成为他们生活中不可或缺甚至是主要的沟通方式。Emoji表情符号作为网络语言中的一种非语言符号,其细腻的精神情感表达,形象生动的视觉表现,诙谐夸张的造型设计,时尚个性的表现形式获得众网民特别是当代年轻人的大爱。时代的变化不会顾及领域的不同,高校学生管理的沟通方式必须要顺应对象的变化与时俱进。在高校学生管理公关沟通新战场——互联网沟通平台上,emoji表情符号的适当运用的确可以在缩短师生间心理距离、缓解不适沟通氛围、建立相互信任关系等方面发挥不可小觑的作用。network communication is favored by college students because of its advantages of autonomy, equality, freedom and openness and so on, and it has become an indispensable and even main means of communication in their lives. As a nonverbal language in the language of the network, Emoji emoticons＇ delicate emotional expression, vivid visual performance, witty exaggeration design, the ex- pression form with fashion and personality gain great love from public Internet users, especially from contemporary young people. Changes of the times will not take differences of the fields into account; the communication method for student management in colleges shall adapt to changes of the subject and ad- vance with the times. In the new communication battlefield of college student management - Internet communication platform, the appropriate use of emoji emoticons can indeed play an important role in shortening the psychological distance between teachers and students, relieving the atmosphere of discom- fort and building up mutual trust and other aspects.
