排球选项课师资水平及场地利用现状研究——以甘肃省师范类院校为例

摘　　要：通过对甘肃省师范类院校排球选项课师资及场地进行问卷调查,系统地分析了排球选项课师资现状及场地利用情况。结果表明:青年教师居多;学历偏低;职称大多数为讲师;专业知识结构较好;科研能力一般;室内场馆较少,室外水泥场地居多,塑胶场地较少,场地利用率不高。This paper carries on questionnaire suveys to the teachers and the use of the venues in volleyball optional courses in Gansu normal university, systematically analyzes the status quo of volleyball optional course. The results show that the teachers are young in the majority; the degree of them is low; most of their titles is lecturer, their professional knowledge structure is good but the scientific research ability is normal, the indoor venues is less, the outdoor concrete ground is in the majority, the plastic field is less, and the utilization rate of the field is not high.
