摘　　要：牙齿发育异常包括牙齿数目异常、牙齿形态异常、牙齿结构异常以及牙齿萌出与脱落异常,是儿童口腔科的常见疾病,其病因尚不十分明确,与遗传因素和环境因素有关。牙齿发育异常的治疗原则为:早期发现、准确诊断、适时干预、多学科联合综合治疗。文章就牙齿发育异常的外科手术治疗进行初步探讨。Dental developmental anomalies are common diseases in pediatric dentistry,which include anomalies of number,morphology,structure,and eruption exfliation.The etiology of those diseases are still uncertain,while it is confirmed that genetic and environmental factors are closely related.The principle of treatment of this diseases are as follows：early detection,accurate diagnosis,timely intervention,multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment. The aim of this article is to provide a preliminary discussion about the surgical therapy of the dental developmental anomalies.
