农户加入合作社意愿与行为的差异分析

摘　　要：基于扩展的计划行为理论,分别分析了农户参与合作社意愿和行为的影响因素。结果表明:行为态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制显著影响农户参与合作社的意愿,但农户最终加入合作社的行为取决于农户的行为态度以及合作社在降低生产风险中的作用;农户对合作社的认知与其是否加入合作社呈负相关关系;计划行为理论适用农户参与合作社的意愿分析,但不适用农户加入合作社的行为分析。基于此,应赋予合作社更多的职能,发挥合作社降低农业生产风险的作用,鼓励小规模生产者加入合作社;定期对社员进行辅导、培训等对于缩小农户参与合作社意愿与行为的差异,对促进合作社的进一步发展,具有重要意义。Does the willingness of farmers to participation in cooperatives means that they would take actions？Based on the survey data of 651 farmers from the Chinese rural areas,this paper used the extended theory of planned behavior to analyze the affecting factors of the will and behavior of farmers＇ participation in cooperatives respectively.The result shows that,there are differences between the will and behavior of farmers＇ participation in cooperatives.TPB is suitable to analyze the willingness of farmers＇ participation in cooperatives,but it is inapplicable in behavior research.The attitude,subjective norms and perceived control significantly affect the willingness of farmers,while the behavior of farmers＇ participation in cooperatives depends on their attitude and the function of cooperatives.Farmers＇ perception of cooperatives is negatively related to their participating behavior.Thus,in order to promote the development of cooperatives,the government should give more power to cooperatives and make them play an important role in reducing risks in production.Encouraging small scale producers to participate in cooperatives and providing regular counseling and training to the members would be an effective way to narrow the difference between farmers＇ will and behavior.
