摘　　要：创新孵化价值链的有效性取决于体系结构和运作模式,本文概括构成体系结构的支撑体系、技术体系、孵化体系和资本体系及其相互关联,并提出创新孵化价值链的运作模式。Effectiveness of innovative incubating model. Systematic structure system is hereby summarized consisting of supporting as well as the correlative value chain depends on systematic structure and operating system, technology system, incubating system and capital relations. Operating model of innovative incubating value chain is also proposed in this article.
