摘　　要：提高高等教育经费使用效率有利于促进高等教育事业健康有序的发展,对于缓解高等教育经费资源紧张、减少高等教育经费使用不合理、降低高等教育经费使用浪费等具有重要意义。该文以中国香港财政高等教育经费绩效为分析对象,从规模绩效、结构绩效、社会绩效和运行绩效四个方面进行评价,分析了各个方面的优势与不足,并针对不足提出了建议。Using higher education funds efficiently has important significance to ease higher education fun- ding resources tension, reduce unreasonable use, reduce waste funding in higher education. We analysis China Hong Kong financial funds for higher education from four aspects： scale performance, structural performance, social performance and operation performance. In the end, analyzes all aspects of problem and puts forward some policy recommendations.
