妇用乳酸菌抑菌剂体外抑菌性能及其刺激性观察

摘　　要：目的观察一种妇用乳酸菌抑菌剂的抑菌效果及刺激性。方法采用溶出性抗(抑)菌产品抑菌性能测试方法和动物实验法,对该妇用乳酸菌抑菌剂进行实验室观察。结果该妇用乳酸菌抑菌剂固体片剂在使用浓度130 g/L条件下作用10 min,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为61.68%,作用2 min对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率均为100%。该乳酸菌抑菌剂密封储存于37℃恒温恒湿箱内90 d后,以同样浓度作用10 min,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率略有下降。上述浓度下该乳酸菌抑菌剂,对白兔阴道黏膜刺激指数为-0.33,属无刺激。结论该乳酸菌抑菌剂对大肠杆菌具有一定抑菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌具有较强抑菌作用,属于无刺激性物质。Objective To observe the antibacterial effect and irritation of a lactic acid bacteria antibacterial agent for women. Methods Test method for the antibacterial activity of the soluble anti- bacteria product and animal experiment were used to observe the in vitro antibacterial function and irritation of the lactic acid bacteria antibacterial agent for women in lab. Results The inhibition rate of the solid tablet of strains of Escherichia coli exposed to the lactic acid bacteria antibacterial agent for women with the concentration of 130 g / L for 10 min was 61. 68%. The inhibition rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans exposed for 2 min were all 100. 00%. The lactic acid bacteria antibacterial agent for women was stored in Constant temperature and humidity incubator of 37℃ for 90 d,the inhibition rate of Escherichia coli was slightly decreased. For the lactic acid bacteria antibacterial agent for women with the above concentration,the irritation index to large ear white rabbit vaginal mucosa was- 0. 33,which meant no stimulation. Conclusion The lactic acid bacteria antibacterial agent for women has certain antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and strong antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. It belongs to non irritating substance.
