新疆某高校2011-2014年度大一新生身高、体重、BMI、视力的比较研究

摘　　要：目的分析某大学新生健康状况,为做好大学生卫生保健工作提供依据。方法新疆某高校2011-2014年度面向全国招录新入学大一学生,按照《普通高等学校招生体检标准》的方法测量身高、体重、视力等指标,运用统计学方法对数据进行处理。结果 11334名新生中,男生3745名,女生7589名;汉族5436名,维吾尔族4560名,哈萨克族702名,其他民族636名;2011年入学3107名,2012年入学3625名,2013年入学2315名,2014年入学2287名。不同民族、性别、入学时间间身高、体重及BMI间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),汉族大学生超重和肥胖检出率高于其他民族(P<0.001),男生超重和肥胖检出率高于女生(P<0.001);不同BMI分组在性别间、民族间、入学时间间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);新生视力不同性别、民族、入学时间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),汉族大学生视力不良检出率明显高于其他民族(P<0.001),女生视力不良检出率高于男生(P<0.001)。结论不同民族、性别大学新生超重、肥胖及视力不良的检出率不同,应针对其健康状况不同特点,针对性采取措施,促进大学生的健康成长。Objective To understand the health status of new college students and to draw a basis for health care in University Campus. Methods All freshmen from a university in Xinjiang from 2011 to 2014 were collected. ＂Standard of physical examination for students in Colleges and universities＂ was used to measure the height, weight, vision and other indicators. Results Among 11334 freshmen, 3745 people were male and 7589 people were female; Among all cases, there were 5436 Han nationalities, 4560 Uygurs, 702 Kazakh and 636 other ethnic groups; Among all cases, there were 3107 freshmen who enrolled in 2011, 3625 freshmen who enrolled in2012, 2315 people who enrolled in 2013 and 2287 people who were going into college in 2014. There were statistically significant differences in height, weight and BMI between different genders, nationalities and enrollment time（P〈0.001）; over-weight or obese freshmen in Han nationalities was much more than those in other ethnic groups（P〈0.001）,over-weight or obese male students was much more than those in female students（P〈0.001）. BMI and vision were all statistically significant different in different gender（P〈0.001）,nationality（P〈0.001） and admission time（P〈0.001）. Conclusion The situation was different about overweight, obesity and vision in different nationality and different gender. We should take different measures according to different situation to help freshmen strengthen their physical exercise and do regular physical examination, so as to reduce the incidence of overweight, obesity and poor vision for college students.
